Dan Laurin - Drums

I was doing just fine as a young boy until that fateful eve, when I heard Ed Sullivan say "Ladies and gentlemen, The Beatles!"... After that I was possessed by the music. After The Beatles came Hendrix, and the english Heavy Rock Invasion...

Playing drums came easy to me and I was soon playing at school dances. There were lots of gigs in the early 70's for young bands to play and sharpen their stage skills. There were also dozens of great bands to watch and steal anything that you thought was cool.

I was witness To countless Of amazing concerts at a very young age like Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple and The Who. I think the most important thing that I took from them was the attitude and edge that english rock bands seemed to have over everybody else.

Dan played in the Toronto band Harbinger and toured extensively. Dan also recorded with Gary Mundell for the band Martyrs Of Melody.
